Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Incorporate the egg and mix until fully blended.
- Stir in sour cream until combined.
- Pour the mixture into mini graham cracker crusts.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh fruit if desired and serve.
