Easy no bake cookies made with simple ingredients.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Mix in oats until well combined.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- For a chocolate variation, add chocolate chips.
