Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar mixture to the egg whites while beating continuously.
- Stir in vanilla, nuts, and marshmallows until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and let it cool.
- Cut into squares and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
