Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
- Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the berry mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold over the pastry and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
