- 1 lb processed cheese (like Velveeta)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine Rotel and cheese over medium heat.
- Stir until cheese melts completely.
- Add sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- If using, add cooked ground beef and stir.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot Rotel.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
- Can be kept warm in a slow cooker.
