A simple and refreshing recipe for strawberry mango popsicles.

- 2 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, mango, and coconut water until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
