Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
  4. Spread refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 noodles on top of the beans.
  6. Add half of the beef mixture and half of the salsa.
  7. Spread half of the cheese and half of the sour cream.
  8. Repeat the layers.
  9. Add a final layer of noodles, salsa, and top with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
