A simple and delicious layered taco lasagna recipe.
Ingrédients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups salsa
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
- Spread refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 noodles on top of the beans.
- Add half of the beef mixture and half of the salsa.
- Spread half of the cheese and half of the sour cream.
- Repeat the layers.
- Add a final layer of noodles, salsa, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Top with green onions and olives before serving.
- Use ground turkey for a leaner option.
