- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Sour cream for topping
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pot over medium heat.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, and beef broth.
- Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

- This soup can be made in a slow cooker.
- Adjust spice level by adding jalapeños.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
