  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Stuffing mix – 1 box

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Rub the turkey with butter, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
  5. Place turkey in a roasting pan and surround with chopped onions, carrots, and celery.

  7. Cover with foil and roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
  8. Remove foil in the last hour for a golden finish.
