Ingrédients

- 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cranberries, pecans, green onions, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- This dish can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to substitute cranberries with raisins.
- Use walnuts instead of pecans for a different flavor.
