Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs.
- Stir in evaporated milk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute pumpkin puree with sweet potato puree.
