- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine turkey and cranberry sauce.
- In another bowl, mix green beans and cream of mushroom soup.
- Layer turkey mixture in a baking dish.
- Add the green bean mixture on top.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the green bean layer.
- Sprinkle cheese and French fried onions on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey for convenience.
- Feel free to add spices to taste.
- This dish can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving.
