Description

This recipe features easy Tuscan garlic chicken bites in a creamy sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
  7. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat.
