Description
This recipe features easy Tuscan garlic chicken bites in a creamy sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
- Drain pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh herbs for garnish if desired.
