A simple and hearty tater tot casserole perfect for a weeknight meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package tater tots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken.
- You can add your favorite vegetables.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
