A simple and delicious tater tot casserole perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Add the mixed vegetables and half of the cheese to the beef mixture.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with tater tots evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
