Description
A delicious eclair ice box cake that is easy to make and a hit at any gathering.
Ingrédients

- 2 packages of graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup of chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix chocolate pudding with milk until thickened.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the crackers.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the cream.
- Repeat layers with remaining crackers, whipped cream, and pudding.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use any flavor of pudding for variation.
- Letting the cake sit overnight enhances the flavors.
- Serve with extra chocolate syrup if desired.
