Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Push vegetables to one side and crack the eggs on the other side.
  4. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan.
  6. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and add green onions.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
