A creamy holiday drink made with eggs, milk, and spices.
Ingrédients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup bourbon or rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until thick.
- Gradually add sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Stir in milk, cream, vanilla, and nutmeg.
- If using, add bourbon or rum and mix well.
- Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Serve in glasses and garnish with additional nutmeg.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon or rum.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
