- 4 English muffins, torn into pieces
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the torn English muffins and diced ham. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the ham.
