Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the torn English muffins and diced ham. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
