A unique Christmas entree that combines traditional flavors with a modern twist.
Ingrédients

- 1 kg of turkey breast
- 200 g of chestnuts
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add mushrooms and chestnuts, cooking until tender.
- Mix in breadcrumbs and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey breast with the mixture and tie it closed.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Make sure the turkey is fully cooked before serving.
- Feel free to add other herbs to the stuffing.
- Serve with cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
