Delicious beef nachos topped with cheese, jalapenos, and sour cream.

  • 1 jalapeno, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  4. Layer cooked beef, black beans, and cheese on top of the chips.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
