- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer cooked beef, black beans, and cheese on top of the chips.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and add jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, and green onions.
