Instructions

  1. Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
