Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture under the turkey skin.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and tie the legs together.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and surround it with vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
