  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the tilapia fillets.
  5. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
