- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the tilapia fillets.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
