Delicious cookies inspired by Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup crushed hazelnuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
- Fill each indentation with chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform sizes.
- Adjust hazelnut amount to taste.
