Ingrédients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup crushed hazelnuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
  6. Fill each indentation with chocolate hazelnut spread.
  7. Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool.
