Description

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts in a pan until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and slice it into strips.
- In the same pan, add sesame oil and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha to the pan.
- Bring to a boil and add ramen noodles, cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve ramen in bowls, top with sliced chicken and green onion.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of sriracha.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or bok choy for more nutrition.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
