Ingrédients

  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha to the skillet.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the skillet.
  8. Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
  9. Combine noodles with the sauce and serve topped with green onions.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
  • Use low-sodium broth for a healthier option.
