Description
A spicy and creamy chicken ramen dish with garlic sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
- Combine noodles with the sauce and serve topped with green onions.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
- Use low-sodium broth for a healthier option.
