  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  8. Fold in figs, dates, and chopped almonds.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
