- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Mix cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, and red bell pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
