Ingrédients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of almond filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling to create a pocket.
- Place pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use almond extract for a stronger almond flavor.
