Ingrédients
- Flatbread – 1 piece
- Fresh mozzarella cheese – 200g
- Tomatoes – 2 medium, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves – 10 leaves
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly on top.
- Place mozzarella slices over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add garlic or chili flakes.
- Use fresh or canned tomatoes based on availability.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing.
