Description
A delicious melted cheese dish served with bread for dipping.
Ingrédients

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Fresh bread, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- Pour in the white wine and heat gently.
- Add the grated cheeses gradually, stirring constantly.
- Mix the cornstarch with kirsch and add to the cheese mix to thicken.
- Stir in lemon juice and keep warm.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.

- Stir continuously to avoid clumping.
