Ingrédients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and milk until smooth.
- Add diced carrots, celery, onions, and sweet pickle relish.
- Stir in the cooled macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
