A simple and delicious one-pot dish made with chicken, rice, and flavorful seasonings.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
- Add rice and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Place the chicken back on top of the rice.
- Cover and transfer the pot to the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Stir in frozen peas and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
