Ingrédients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  5. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  6. Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
  7. Add rice and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  9. Place the chicken back on top of the rice.
  10. Cover and transfer the pot to the oven.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes.
  12. Stir in frozen peas and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
  • Adjust seasonings to your taste.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
