- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe the dough into a spiral shape into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
