Instructions
- Bake the tart crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Prepare the pastry cream and let it cool completely.
- Spread the cooled pastry cream evenly in the tart crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream.
- Heat the apricot jam in a small saucepan until melted.
- Brush the melted apricot jam over the fruits to glaze.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
