- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat beef broth and stir in caramelized onions.
- Place meatballs in the broth mixture for 5 minutes.
- Top with Gruyere cheese and serve.
