  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, caramelized onions, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

  6. In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
