- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Place the cubed bread in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and gently mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
