- 4 cups fresh apricots, sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apricots with a little sugar if desired.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the apricots in a baking dish.
- Top the apricots with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
