Description
A delicious fresh blueberry cheesecake with a homemade crust.
Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Scatter fresh blueberries on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe blueberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute with other berries if desired.
- Serve with additional blueberries on top.
