A fresh and crunchy broccoli salad packed with flavor and nutrition.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or nuts as desired.
- This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
