Ingrédients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables or nuts as desired.
  • This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
