- 2 cups chopped apples or peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pie crusts
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped apples or peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each circle.
- Fold the crust over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the pies until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
