- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slider buns
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Assemble sliders with chicken, pickles, and sauce on buns.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less hot sauce.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
- Sliders can be kept warm in the oven.
