Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tomato slice in the flour mixture.
- Then dip in the beaten eggs.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded tomato slices until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
