Description
Frittata cups are mini egg dishes baked in muffin tins. They are perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add diced vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
