Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  3. Toss the salad gently to mix the ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss again.
  6. Top with feta cheese and serve immediately.
