- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour garlic butter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
