- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Melt garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add rice to the skillet and stir to coat with the butter.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
