Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter, served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
- Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Return steak to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use tender cuts of steak for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with vegetables or over pasta.
