Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Bliss

Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter, served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
  3. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.
  7. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  9. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  10. Return steak to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
